I met Harlee and her mom, Melanie, a couple of weeks ago for her Senior Session in downtown Roanoke. This was my second time this year shooting downtown, and the more I do it, the more I love it!! Don’t get me wrong, I love open fields and mountain views, but there’s something so neat about the texture of old brick and the way the sun hits buildings as it’s setting!
I’ve started doing optional styling consultations over the phone with my senior girls before their sessions, and it’s so fun to be able to chat with them before meeting them on the day of their session! As Harlee and I chatted, I could tell that she was really excited, and that made me look forward to her session even more! :)
Harlee and her mom have an amazing fashion sense, and I loved every one of Harlee’s outfits! I especially loved the shades of maroon that gave her session a ‘fall’ feel! It’s officially fall, y’all! Bring on the boots, scarves, and sweaters! ;)
I had so much fun talking with Harlee and her mom during her session! Harley is so poised and sweet, and I bet you’ll be able to tell that from these images! Oh, and did I mention that she has an AMAZING model face?!?! :)

We had an overcast evening for Harlee's session, but at the very end, the sun peeked out from behind the clouds! I absolutely love how the last set of Harlee's images turned out! That golden glow is so pretty!
